You run your business. We run the AI systems behind it.

We're the team you'd otherwise have to hire, minus the hiring. You partner with us, and we run the work.

We work with coaches, consultants, course creators, and independent practitioners: founder-led businesses, built on what you know.

The problem

You're running an operations department you never meant to start

You're good at the thing your business is built on. You don't get to spend much of your week on it anymore.

The week goes to the work around the work: the launch, the proposals, onboarding, follow-ups, content, the tools that don't talk to each other. You hired people, and now you manage people. The tools you bought need looking after too. It all still routes through you, and it gets heavier as the business grows. The cost isn't just the hours: leads go cold before anyone follows up, launches underperform, and the work only you can do keeps getting pushed.

AI was supposed to help with this. You've tried building it into your business. Most of what you set up is half-used now. That isn't a failure on your part. Making AI work across a business, and keeping it working, is a full-time job, and you already have one.

What we do

We build your AI systems and stay to operate them

It keeps working as your business changes, so the time you get back stays yours.

You're likely paying for most of this already. It's spread across tool subscriptions, an agency, the freelancer who handles the overflow, and none of it adds up to a team that runs your operations. We're that team, in one place, and usually for less than you're spending now.

Some of the work we take over and own outright. Some still needs your judgment, so we build around it and leave the call to you. The rest stays with your team, with the heavy lifting done underneath them.

When something breaks, we fix it. Not you.

How the platform works, in plain terms.

What it looks like

One workflow we run, start to finish

One business we run this for is Bernadette Logue's coaching practice. When a group coaching call ends on Zoom, everything that has to happen after it runs itself: the video published to Vimeo with a branded thumbnail, the audio archived to secure storage, the transcript scrubbed of personal details and client names, then turned into a session recap in her voice, because the system holds how she writes and teaches. The finished lesson goes live in her WordPress members area, and the call is logged in her CRM with a review task waiting, so a person still has the last look.

Every step used to be someone's job, about an hour per call, every call. Now it happens in minutes, with nobody in it.

Her summary is shorter than ours: "I click end on a meeting and walk away."

That's one workflow. The same setup drafts the follow-ups for her 1:1 client calls, in her voice, and it's a fraction of what we can run for you. See what's possible.

How it works

How it works

Three steps.

  1. We learn your business, properly

What you sell, who you serve, how you speak, the decisions you'd make, the standard you hold. All of it becomes your Business Brain: a living record of how your business works, and the reason everything we build comes out sounding like you.

  2. We build AI into your business, and run it

We build AI into the business in stages, starting with whatever's eating most of your week. We operate it day to day, wired into the tools you already use. You set what needs your sign-off before anything goes out.

  3. We keep the work going, and we find what's next

The systems run without you in them. We maintain them as the models change, and we tell you the next thing worth handing over. Then we build that too.

The whole path, step by step.

The business brain

It comes out yours, because it's built on you

Everything we run for you is built on one thing: your Business Brain. It's a structured record of how your business works. How you talk to clients, what you sell, the decisions you'd make, the standard you hold. The work reads from it, so it comes out yours. It gets sharper the longer it's in use, and we keep it current as the business changes.

Your Business Brain is yours to use directly, too. Connect it to the AI tools you already use, and they know your business cold. And it's yours to keep: if you ever leave, you take it with you.

You stay in control

You're never handed a black box

You decide where you want a say. Some work you'll want to approve before it goes out. Some you'll let run. You set those lines and change them whenever you want. No system gets it right every time, which is why you stay the last word on anything that carries your name.

Our job is the system. We design it, watch it, fix it, and sit down with you regularly to look at what's working and what to build next.

Built to keep working

Nothing we build is left to rot

Most automation is sold once and slowly breaks. A tool changes, the business moves on, and months later half of it doesn't work. That's usually why building AI into your business didn't stick the first time you tried.

We designed and built the platform ourselves, and we maintain what runs on it: the models, the instructions, your Business Brain, the connections to your tools. When the models change, we test the new ones before they touch your work. When something breaks, we fix it, with no ticket and no extra invoice. Keeping it working is the job, and it's ours.

Why you're not betting on one model.

We help you grow

Running the business is half the work. Growing it is the other half.

Most operations support stops at keeping what you already have running. We don't. The system that runs your business also comes to understand it, so we can see what's worth building AI into next.

On a schedule that fits your business, we bring you a real piece of strategic work, a Growth Review: a deep look at the business, grounded in your Business Brain and our own research, that names where the next growth is and the highest-return place to integrate AI into the business. Then we build it. The opportunity becomes the next thing we run for you.

Built for your world

Built for the way you actually work

The bottleneck is the same in every expert business. The work isn't. Where we fit yours:

  • Coaches. The admin behind every group call and 1:1 done for you, your content repurposed and scheduled without you running it, an inbox that handles itself.
  • Consultants. Proposals out in hours, IP that compounds instead of sitting in folders, a pipeline you can trust.
  • Course and cohort creators. Launches that don't break the team, members who don't quietly drift away, one clear view of everyone.
  • Practitioners. Retreat and cohort admin handled, your voice and standards intact, so you're with your people instead of in your inbox.

Run a different kind of expert business? The bottleneck rhymes. If the work has to carry your judgment and sound like you, we build for that.

We're not for everyone. If you want a tool you run yourself, you're pre-revenue, or your business runs on regulated data we'd have to handle, we're not the fit, and we'll tell you early. Knowing where we don't belong is part of the job.

What you get back

What changes

Your time comes back. The work that used to route through you runs on its own, the leads that used to go cold get followed up, and the business stops stalling every time you step away. You get back to the work you started this for, and you grow without hiring a team to do it.

The same system has run a real business for years: Bernadette Logue's coaching practice, the business Aaron operated before this firm existed. She puts the number at fifteen hours of her week back, closer to twenty in a launch month. Her content used to run one channel at a time, with long gaps when delivery got heavy; it now goes out daily on every platform she uses. And the work is still hers: everything is drafted from thirteen years of her own writing and teaching, and she keeps the final word on all of it.

"I used to feel like a coach trying to be a business owner. Now... I feel like a business owner and an expert coach, handling both roles that I hold with more grace."

Our own proof

This firm runs on the platform it sells

We run Jade & Lloyd on the same platform your work would run on, with AI-based automations built into our workflows across marketing, sales, client delivery, admin, and finance.

The leads that arrive from this site, the discovery calls that follow, each new client's onboarding, the invoices we send, the month-end accounting, and the time-consuming bits and pieces in between: all of that work runs through those workflows. Our content is drafted the same way, and a person publishes every piece.

When we describe what this looks like inside a business, we're describing ours.

The partnership

What the partnership includes

  • Your Business Brain, built first. Everything we run reads from it, and it's yours to keep, along with the runbooks for every workflow we run: if you ever leave, they go with you.
  • Everything we agreed, built in stages. Your first workflow is usually live within a couple of weeks, and the rest follows across your first few months.
  • A team running it day to day. The heavy lifting done underneath them, and a person stepping in on the calls that need one.
  • Approval lines you set. You decide what needs your sign-off before it goes out, and you change those lines whenever you want.
  • Everything maintained. When the models change, we test the new ones before they touch your work, and we keep your Brain current as the business changes.
  • A Growth Review. A deep look at the business that names where the next growth is and the highest-return place to integrate AI next. You don't buy it separately.

You could hire someone instead. The right person is hard to find, expensive, and yours to manage while they learn your business and how to build AI into it. We're a whole team, systems already built and already doing this work, for less than that hire and none of the management.

Pricing

Simple, predictable pricing

You get senior operations expertise and a system that runs your business, for one flat monthly price. We agree the whole scope before you sign, then build it in stages. Building your Brain and your first workflows is real development work, the kind that usually carries a large upfront build fee. We don't charge one: no setup fee, no development bill. That holds for the work we add later too. Onboarding is part of the first months.

The work in most businesses sits in five areas: marketing, sales, client delivery, admin, and finance. We start where the cost is highest, or where the return is clearest. Sometimes that's a whole area. More often it's the heaviest parts of several.

We run a few partnerships at a time, so each one gets the depth it needs. Founding partnerships run between $3,500 and $8,000 a month, depending on how much of the business we take on. We never charge you per change: running, fixing, and improving what you already have is always included. The price moves when you hand us more to run.

The call costs nothing, and you leave it with a written read on your business within a day.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Is my data safe?
Your business lives in its own walled-off space. Nothing is pooled with other clients, and nothing trains anyone else's model. If you need more, you can move to a dedicated database, a dedicated server, or your own cloud account, without rebuilding anything. How your data is handled, in full.
Do I have to change the tools I use?
No. We connect to the tools you already run: your calendar, inbox, CRM, payment system, and the rest. The work happens inside your existing setup.
Do I lose control?
No. You decide what needs your approval, where a human reviews, and when to step in. You can change those lines whenever you want.
What if I want to leave?
Your Business Brain and everything in it goes with you, along with the runbooks for every workflow we ran: how each one works, step by step. The systems themselves get rebuilt by whoever comes next, but they start from a map, not a blank page. That's deliberate.
Why not just hire someone?
You could. The right person is hard to find, expensive, and yours to manage while they learn your business and how to build AI into it. We're a whole team, systems already built and already doing this work, for less than that hire and none of the management.
Isn't this just ChatGPT?
ChatGPT forgets you the moment you close the tab. We run on your Business Brain, so the work is grounded in how your business operates, overseen by a team, and improving as it goes. The model is one ingredient.
Are we locked into one AI provider?
No. We use the best model for each job and change it when something better ships, without you having to think about it. Your Business Brain and your workflows run on any model, not one vendor's.
How fast can we start?
Your first workflow is usually live within a couple of weeks of kicking off.
