Simple, predictable pricing
Most people come to us already paying for this in pieces: a content helper, an agency, a stack of tools, the odd freelancer. We replace that with one partner, usually for less than the pieces add up to.
You get senior operations expertise and a system that runs your business, for one flat monthly price. We start with your Business Brain and the one area eating most of your week, then take on more as you see what it frees up. There's no setup fee. Onboarding is part of the first months.
Partnerships start around $3,500 a month while we take on our founding clients. That starting price moves up as the proof builds, so the earlier you start, the better the rate you keep. We never charge you per change: running, fixing, and improving what you already have is always included. The price goes up only when you hand us more to run.
Twelve-month default. Pay annually and save 10%. Month to month is 20% more, no lock-in either way.

Questions, answered
- Is my data safe?
- Your business lives in its own walled-off space. Nothing is pooled with other clients, and nothing trains anyone else's model. If you need more, you can move to a dedicated database, a dedicated server, or your own cloud account, without rebuilding anything.
- Do I have to change the tools I use?
- No. We connect to the tools you already run: your calendar, inbox, CRM, payment system, and the rest. The work happens inside your existing setup.
- Do I lose control?
- No. You decide what needs your approval, where a human reviews, and when to step in. You can change those lines whenever you want.
- What if I want to leave?
- You take everything: your Business Brain, your workflows, your context. That's deliberate.
- Why not just hire someone?
- You could. The right person is hard to find, expensive, and yours to manage while they learn AI and your business at once. We're a whole team and the technology they run, already built and already doing this, for less than that hire and none of the management.
- Isn't this just ChatGPT?
- ChatGPT forgets you the moment you close the tab. We run on your Business Brain, so the work is grounded in how your business actually operates, overseen by a team, and improving as it goes. The model is one ingredient.
- Are we locked into one AI provider?
- No. We use the best model for each job and change it when something better ships, without you having to think about it. Your Business Brain and your workflows run on any model, not one vendor's.
